But hotel upgrades are available, right up to the elegant 4-star palace hotel Corona d’Oro, in the historic center, which costs US$1,372 in September/October and US$1,202 in November. Add-on air fares start at US$20 from Boston, US$75 from Miami, and US$75 from Chicago.

All prices quoted are per person, double occupancy, are subject to availability, and do not include airport taxes of US$110 and a fuel surcharge of US$240, which are not included in the quoted price because they are subject to change by the airline.
